The answer would be yes you should. There is just few things to remember. Not everyone is suitable to have them. So first get assessed by a specialist dental imlantologist. If you are suitable, then decide who you would like to fit them. MAKE SURE WHOEVER THAT WILL BE IS REGISTERED WITH GDC (General Dental Council in UK only) as specialist that is qualified to fit implants. Do little bit of research so you know what is involved. Any questions you may have ask the specialist before you agree to any treatment, and always ask for down sides or disadvantages of the treatment you going to have.
